Great jacket 

Sizing is great, I have muscular arms and wear an insulin pump and the arms are still roomy enough to wear a sweater. Nice lofty fill but it's too early in the season to have really tested it. Color is a little deeper than the image, the actual color of real oatmilk, but it's unique and looks really elevated

I love this purchase and the quality is top notch. I cannot wait to wear this in the fall/winter in Ohio!

I’ve been looking for a down puffer for months. This is my first Quince purchase, and it did not disappoint! It’s very warm and the fit is cute!

Comfy and warm

Quince's puffers, especially this one, the cropped puffer, and the duvet puffer, are much more stylish than the standard brands (North Face et al.). And less expensive.

What I ordered and what I got were two different things. I ordered a gray cropped jacket and got a hip length black jacket. While the wrong jacket was nice, I’d say good quality, I ordered an xs and it fit a little big. Not whatI wanted, so I had to return. The reason why I’m writing the review is the customer service I received. While you cannot speak directly to a person, you can text. They answered immediately, very nice and responsive. Helpful in everyday. Return was very easy and free. I was very please to say the least about the return process despite my disappointment with what arrived.

Quality of coat was amazing! It runs small, so order a size up if you plan on wearing sweaters or layers under it. I prefer a longer jacket, so had to return it.

This is a beautiful jacket.  So well made.  My teenage daughter didn’t love it because she thought it looked too puffy but it really looked nice.

Great jacket

I wanted a fitted, flattering puffer coat, and this one is great. The waist can be adjusted and cinched for a more polished look. It’s also warm and has a good, detachable hood. I may buy a second color.

it is warm, comfy and cute. i love the jacket. only thing i like a little less, is the fact that the underneath of the jacket is a little wide, so it doesn’t fit perfectly around your waist. but that’s no big deal. i would buy this jacket if i were you, so if you’re reading this, do it! it’s worth it. i get a lot of compliments. the sleeves are also long enough and big pockets, also on inside

I’m 5’4”, 155 lbs with an hourglass figure. I got the medium. I was hoping this coat would be a good fit since it stops above the hips. It fit ok through the abdomen, a little tight over the bodice. The arms were too loose and too long though, sadly. It’s a nice coat for the right person.
