Love this garment bag. Had to go to a wedding with family. It fit 2 suits and 4 dresses with no issues. It is super easy to carry on onto the plane, just attach to your suitcase handle and go! 5-stars!

I needed a garment bag for my brother's out of town wedding.  I was able to fit 3 dresses, 2 suits, and 3 pairs of shoes in this bag.  It held up, and was easy to manuever the airport with!

I find this garment bag very well made, solid, functional, and overall of high quality. I do not share some of the negative opinions here, some of which address customer service and bad luck with quality control rather than the actual quality of the bag. Another review states that the bag is heavy. Disagree. This is not meant to be a flimsy cover bag you’d get in a department store with your suit or coat. It is a heavy-duty, well made bag you feel confident carrying on long trips through airports and on planes, throwing into the trunk of a car, etc. It is as lightweight as can be for such type of bag.  It packs quite a bit of stuff - in addition to your suits/sport coats/shirts that you put on hangers. All hooks, buckles, and zippers seem solid and of high quality. The material - both the outer shell and the inside lining - feels pleasant to the touch, and the bag actually looks quite nice. (Mine is navy blue.) Unlike garment bags that are more heavy-duty, this bag does not have a horizontal metal bar in the midsection where the carrying handle is. But I did not miss it, and the bag did not bend on sag during my recent trip to Europe. One side of the bag has a through pocket, so you can drop the bag onto your suitcase over the telescoping pull handle. I travel quite a bit and consider myself picky when it comes to luggage (and everything else, frankly.) I am pleased with this bag.

Nice garment bag

The bag looks good, but it didn’t come with a shoulder strap. I called and customer service wouldn’t send me a shoulder strap. They said I had to return the whole product, but I live overseas and it would be difficult to make the return, so I’ll have to live without the shoulder strap.

I think it’s perfect for a tuxedo and a suit and that’s it. I recommend it if you’re going away for a night or two and you need two or three items

Too snall

I am extremely disappointed with the Quince garment bag. The first bag I received was missing the hooks needed to secure the shoulder strap, making it essentially unusable. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement, only to find that the exact same issue existed with the second bag as well.

This is not a one-off defect. It’s a clear quality control failure. The hardware on this garment bag is simply not up to standard and feels poorly designed and cheaply executed. For a product marketed as a polished, travel-ready accessory, this is unacceptable.

After two attempts and the same flaw both times, I’ve lost confidence in the product altogether. I would not recommend this garment bag to anyone who expects functional hardware or basic quality assurance.
