The top part is a bit snug but I prefer that to too loose. I bought one similar to this at another store and the arm holes were too big.

The fit is perfect!  Flattery waistline, and the flowy skirt is very comfortable.  It is light weight!  You can dress it down with a denim jacket or dress it up with pearls; very versatile!
