I love this dress!  The color and cut are so pretty, and the material is so soft.  The quality of the piece is obvious, and I get lots of compliments!

Such a light and breezy fabric and the sky blue is such a pretty color!

The Perfect Summer Dress

On my body, the cotton clipped in a bit on tiers 2 and 3 (unsmocked skirt part, from top down) in a way that did not happen with either of the two linen versions. I feel like this probably has potential to make for an unflattering seated angle, made worse by the fact I am a harpist who plays small harps. It might be just a cut that was a smidge too stingy or not quite well translated between linen and cotton. I would try another cotton just for a second chance, but would probably send it back if the same issue recurs and just buy the linen ones. The last thing I'll say is the cotton smocking doesn't seem to quite have the "instead of a bra" magic as the linen. I am keeping the dress, the color is so lovely and I can wear it to anything where I will be mostly standing and want to give a cool, refreshing sky blue vibe. 

Beautiful color

This dress is a lighter fabric, easy to wear, comfortable and very flattering. This does not have an under lining, so it is the tiniest bit sheer, but it’s perfect for hot days. 

I do find bra straps are a little awkward with this dress, but I think it’ll be fine with a strapless. Or maybe it’s just the bras I have…I still really like this dress a lot

Note on the color: the black is more of a washed pigment black vs. a dark-dyed black; I personally was just expecting a more deep black, but overall i think this dress is pretty great.

Ordering online can be hit or miss and this is definitely a hit. Good quality and fit.

The dress was just as pictured and very comfortable.  It was a little loose- maybe order a size down?

Soft and comfortable 

Very flattering and lightweight. Perfect for super hot days. I wish the plus sized version wasn’t $10 more than the straight size version though :/

Very nice!

Material was nice, skirt was flowy, and fit was good.  On a plus size girl, the top was just too boxy for my frame and pockets were at the wrong height (too close to waist, need to be lower on hip).
