Quality and craftsmanship are good. It seemed a bit bigger than I anticipated based on the photos, so I attempted to add a few more items than initially planned. However, I found that the extra items—as well as wider items—resulted in the zipper closing in an S-shape rather than a straight line. It still covers the essentials well though (i.e., wallet, phone, lip balm, menstrual products) with room for 1–3 additional small items. I made it work for me and I am happy with the results, especially since this bag is VERY versatile! My review photos show two other ways I carry it in addition to the classic sling, crossbody, or clutch styles shown by Quince. Sometimes I double-wrap it over my shoulder to keep it from sliding. Other times—I know it’s derpy, but it arose from lots of summer bike riding—I flip it over my back into a backpack hybrid situation. In the photo, I’m being silly, but it actually lays pretty flat and even while riding around! :)

Exceeded expectations! I learned about Quince on YouTube and influencer, Sofia. Your company has certainly set the bar high for consumers to actually purchase quality products and a fair and reasonable price! I compared it to a new designer bag I bought recently, one of these bags needs to be returned. I've decided I am keeping my Quince bag and saving over $800 by doing so, no contest!

I was looking to update my closet with a few staple purses and purchased this one based on owning it and loving it in black! The black has held up for ages and still looks brand new- I get compliments on it regularly. It fits a surprisingly large amount of stuff  (it does look pretty tiny based on the photos but I have my wallet, keys, hand sanitizer, lotion and a bunch of other random things in mine). Honestly I like the simple, clean style more than many "designer" bags!
