I adore this coat! It fits true to size, is very warm, and is a true statement piece. I have strangers coming up to me to tell me how much they love this coat. Looks great with a casual outfit or for a night out. I bought it thinking I would wear it when I had to dress nicely, but it quickly became my every day winter coat. Highly recommend!

Warm and elegant 

Great quality, color and fit. Bought a similar coat from a different brand that had a more flattering shape for my body when fastened closed. This was a close second though!

Liked it but didnt love

Needed Large for shoulders. Had buttons moved by tailor, and coat fits much better all around. Beautiful material.

Like the coat very much but concern about the wrinkles from being in a small delivery package. Will have to have it dry cleaned and pressed. My Italian tailor suggested I NOT iron it even with a pressing cloth.

Italian Wool Cocoon Coat

It's a nice coat for the price, for sure.  Sadly 3 of the buttons had loose threads - I hope they don't come off. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.  I feel the money was saved in the making of it with a lack of structure and features.  Luckily the collar stands up and that gives it a little something.  The buttons are hidden in a placket which makes it a tad difficult to button and I travel often and it tends to wrinkle. I also had to size down from a medium.  I am 5'9" and 130.  With all the said, I'm still happy to have it, but wanted to write an honest review.

Love it!

Loving this jacket. I wanted something that looks polished to wear over non-bulky clothes, and a good weight for California cool weather- this fits the bill perfectly. Love the collar and awesome pockets. XS fits stylish & comfy, 5'5" 135 athletic pear 36B

I love my new coat. Very please with customer service. I am a new customer and sizing was not right for me. I needed to go up one size. Called customer service and she made it so easy to return the coat and got the next size out quickly to me. Thank you!

Neckline

Great as always.  I just received this today and wish it was cold so I could wear it.  I got in buttercream, and it is beautiful and fits great.  I very seldom write reviews but for this beauty I just have to.  Does look more expensive than it is.

I thought the coat had great style, but the sizing is off. The sleeves were too long and across the chest was too tight.

I really like this quality, lined wool coat. It looks very high end. I have longer arms and I appreciate that it works for me. So many wool coats have shorter sleeves.

Beautiful, lined coat

It's my daily coat. I keep meaning to get a less dressy looking coat for every day wear, but haven't gotten around to it. Maybe next year. But this one has been keeping me cozy and warm all winter long. Granted, I generally wear my 100% cashmere zip up hoodie underneath it because I wear that at work as well, but even the days I don't wear the hoodie, I've been warm. I've gotten compliments on the coat as well. 

I really love the side pockets. I can put my phone and gloves in there, tissues, gum, whatever. Plenty of room! Sometimes too much and I find myself becoming a packrat. I also love the small interior pocket. I have tucked a credit card in there or my license when I was Christmas shopping and didn't went to bring my purse into the store. 

My only quibble with the coat is that the buttons are a little difficult to button. I thought they would loosen as I wore it more, and they have to some degree, but it is still a bit difficult to button. If you had arthritic fingers, it might be something to think about.

Warm and Classy Looking

Very comfortable and warm coat. Sized up because I like to wear chunky sweaters. Sleeves are a little long. Perfect length for me, hitting at the knees, I’m 5’3”. I love how deep the inside pockets are and the hidden inside pocket. Buttons aren’t the easiest to close.

I am obsessed with this coat. I live in a very cold climate and it has done a great job keeping me warm down to 12 degrees fahrenheit, as well as protecting from wind. I like that I can put the collar up or down and it looks great both ways 

My new favorite piece

Adore the collar. Enjoy the weight. Length of sleeves is perfect. As is the total length as well. Perfect coat I’ve been looking for to replace my heavier wool option, living in SoCal now. 

Fabulous Wool Coat

Classy, love the length & collar, warm. Buttons inside. Deep hand pockets. In California, almost too warm for me here, except on very cold nights or in the city (SF). A big item to pack for trips. A beautiful splurge for sure. I got a M (5'6", 145lbs) and it is perfect. Hard to decide which color. Charcoal grey very pretty and universal; lighter colors might be nice too.

This coat is a perfect medium weight coat. Very versatile, slimming  and looks stunning. Fits true to size but if you want to wear heavy sweaters you may want to size up.
