Love it! The leather is beauriful and looks more expensice. Transition to back pack works well and straps still look bormal
When its a shoulder bag. My only wish is the straps were slightly longer for when i wear a bulky cost

Best purchase ever

I love this bag and how it converts from shoulder bag to backpack. I actually use it as a purse/small diaper bag as I have a newborn. No, it does not have a structured bottom so no it does not stand upright when you set it down as other reviewers pointed out, but that is not an issue for my use right now because I appreciate so many of the other factors! I have the golden brown color. It is a nice color and i chose it over black since i on several black bags, but I do wish (listen up Quince!) that it was a leather with more depth of natural color rather than a "solid" colored look....I don't know my leather terminology, sorry.

I am usually kind of a Quince hater in that I think the construction or fit on many things is not all that good, I’ll admit it, but loved the look and price of the bag so decided to give it a chance. It’s perfect! It’s very chic, and looks great as a tote or backpack. The quality of the leather and weaving is well above what you expect for this price. I have a toddler so it’s the perfect size to haul all of their things but still look semi-fashionable. We’re traveling in a few weeks and I think it will be perfect for Europe.  It’s also big enough to hold my laptop on days that I am going straight from work to dinner.

I bought this bag to replace my work one and for my upcoming trip to Italy and it does not disappoint! I love that it can be turned into a backpack and the straps are comfortable, the leather is so soft and the design is subtle with just enough flair. Obsessed! 

The best bag for everything 

I am OBSESSED with this bag! I purchased because it can e a shoulder bag or backpack. I have a toddler and a newborn and I’m not into diaper backpacks but sometimes really need to have both hands free. So I love how this can be both! I can fit everything I need in it for myself and my kids. It’s perfect .

Not heavy or bulky.  sturdy and durable enough to comfortably commute to work with my laptop  while keeping my personal effects organized and easy to find. I prefer to use this as a tote but helpful to be able to convert it to a backpack if needed.

Italian leather woven backpack

Absolutely gorgeous bag in soft, supple woven leather that’s buttery to the touch. Can’t wait til it really wears in and has a nice slouch. Great size, not too big even for me at 5’4” but big enough to carry some extra things like a sweater, little notebook or papers, handheld fan, etc. I love that it zips at the top so it stays secure. Interior zip pocket is nice and there’s two open pocket slots where you can stash the items you need to access quickly. I only wish there were a little ring somewhere inside where you could clip keys or something but that’s a picky ask! The fact that it can be worn as a backpack is so awesome as I often need to be hands free. Wearing it as a backpack, it does sit low on my body but it doesn’t bother me (but something to note if it might bother you). Just really love it and it’s an incredible value!

Perfect Backpack

This bag is pretty but I didn't realize before buying it that it has no base - it doesn't stand up on its own, even with my items in it. I'll be returning it for that reason. 

Pretty but not as functional as it could be

This is a BEAUTIFUL bag! It doubles as a gorgeous shoulder bag, as well as a fabulous backpack. I generally prefer a backpack, especially for travel. It has a secure zipper closure for travel as well! Beautiful leather, elegant styling. I LOVE IT!

Purchased the grey color as I enjoyed the bag I had in a similar style from a competitor. I was beyond impressed with the Quince version - it is preferred over the other brand that was more than twice the price. The weave is on both sides of the bag (the competitor has solid leather on one side). The craftsmanship and quality were beyond amazing. Interior is really well designed with lots of pockets. Hardware is smooth and super clean. The versatility of this style is what drew me to buy my first one and I'm now waiting to get this in the brown. The grey is absolutely a perfect shade - if you're on the fence, this one is perfection - buy it! 

Favored over the more expensive brand!
