I ordered my original size from before pregnancy and it fits perfectly with room to grown and I am already in my 3rd trimester. I have the same set that are not the maternity ones and the shirt is definitely longer to cover the belly and the shorts have a lot more room for stretch then the non maternity ones and cover more of the belly too. I absolutely love these and am so thankful to have a set of pajamas that feel so soft on my sensitive skin but covers me well and feels so comfortable to be wearing. I dont normally splurge on pregnancy clothes, but these are definitely worth it for me. I havent had them long enough to test the quality of the material through washes, but I am not too concerned about that personally

Very comfortable pjs

The only pajama set I’ve been able to find that is comfortable and fits well in the third trimester! I bought my pre-pregnancy size and it still fits comfortably closer to my due date. 

Great sizing and very comfortable 

I really like these! Very soft and comfy. My normal pre-pregnancy size is a medium and I got a medium and I think they fit well. The shorts are definitely larger to accommodate the belly since they are maternity which is nice.

Bamboo short sleeve pajamas 

These pajamas are quality and I like the look of them. However, as others have stated the waist band isn’t great for a growing belly. I wish the shirt were a little longer because my belly peaks out. I’m excited to use them postpartum.

I bought this set as a postpartum gift to myself! Getting into the warmer months, I wanted a short sleeve/shorts option with easy nursing access. I am very sensitive to fabrics, and the feel of this fabric is amazing. Super soft, no itch factor at all. It's a slightly heavier fabric than I was expecting, but I am glad for that - it's clearly well made! I am currently 39 weeks pregnant, and I went with my pre-pregnancy size M. If I were getting this earlier in my pregnancy, I would have gone with the L. The only feel of the shorts I was on the fence on was that the hem of the short is a little tighter than the majority of the short. This didn't keep me from buying it, but I wish it was straight versus slightly tighter at the bottom of the short.

Comfortable during pregnancy 

Super comfortable, quality fabric. As other reviewers mentioned, it seems like the most natural fit on the bottom is awkwardly mid belly once you’re in the third trimester. I started wearing it below the belly, which makes the shorts a bit long but felt comfortable after I got used to it. Other than that, love these and def expect to keep wearing them post partum! Ordered one size up from my pre-pregnancy size and it was too big, so exchanged for the size down, which may get little tight on the bottoms towards the last few weeks of pregnancy but a better fit overall.

Great buy

The pajamas arrived after I’d had my baby, so I’m not sure how they would have fit during pregnancy. But they have been great for post partum. The shorts are very high waisted and fit over my belly. The top has easy access for nursing. Very soft material.

These fit very well- especially top. I’m wearing the bottoms under my belly so they feel big but still perfect for pajamas

I actually used these as regular pjs instead of maternity and just sized down and they are perfect and soft.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and didn't know how badly I need maternity pjs until I got these. They're so soft and comfortable. I love them and hope they'll work even postpartum.

I am very satisfied with this set. It is breathable and comfy. I do wish there was an option for long pants for the winter months, but not a major issue for me since we keep our house on the warmer side. I like the black color as it does not show milk stains if/when I leak at night. Has held up to multiple washes. 

Perfect Pregnancy PJ

The top fits beautifully, the shorts are kinda weird mid belly fit, which isn't very comfortable while pregnant. I think postpartum they will be good. Wish it came with over the belly long pants
