I love how the buttons aren't able to open or gape, but the first few and last few can be left open to style it how you want. Just a wonderful dress that's both casual and stylish.


Floor length and feels like being wrapped in a cashmere blanket, but with style!

This is a very warm and well made item. The buttons give it a stylish look but keep in mind not all of them are functional so this is worn over the head like a dress rather than a cardigan. Looking forward to having this piece ready for the fall weather 

Extremely soft and warm

Love this sweater 

I love this dress. The brown color is rich and saturated without being too dark, and the ribbed knit adds beautiful texture. It's incredibly soft, stretchy, and comfortable despite being 100% yak with no spandex.
The fit skims the body without being tight, and at 5'5" it is almost floor length on me. I also appreciate that only the top and bottom buttons are functional, which helps prevent gaping and keeps the shape looking polished.
I washed it on cold, delicate in a mesh bag, no agitator, and laid it flat to dry, and it came out beautifully, though the label does recommend hand washing.
Like all natural fiber knits, it pills a bit, but I don't mind. A quick pass with a fabric shaver a few times each season keeps it looking great.
Beautiful, natural, comfortable, and easy to wear. Highly recommend.

GREAT CARDIGAN 

This dress is perfect for a quick decision about what to wear for a last minute dinner on a winter night out!
It is not super fitted but enough that it shows some curves and it is comfortable. Wool usually itches my skin but this is soft enough that I barely feel itchy at all and after a few minutes it was fine. Glad to have this in my wardrobe.

I felt like a winter princess in this dress. I absolutely loved it. I bought it in every color. The yak is so nice for snow. ❄️

LOVE

Medium was the perfect size (I'm typically a size S to M at 5'4" & 125lbs) & it is so warm & not the least bit itchy or irritating. I'm so in LOVE I've already worn it THREE times since I purchased it & I usually do not ever wear anything twice in the same month. Loving the BROWN!!!

Yakety Yak Yak!!

It’s lovely, warm, comfortable and I like that the center buttons are not functional. No unnecessary gaping.  I’d live in this dress. Wore it twice so far.

I love this dress, but to tell the truth I haven't worn it yet because I don't think it looks great on me. It does fit and the fabric and color are nice, it just shows my not perfect tummy too much.

Yak Dress

I live in Michigan and this is one of the coldest and snowiest winters in a long time. I have been LIVING in this dress. I wear it again and again without washing and it looks amazing. I want more!

This dress is perfect for so many occasions. It can be dressed up or down. I paired it with boots and pearl jewelry for a dinner out.
The fit and length are flattering, as well as being soft.
This was my favorite Quince purchase!

Fantastic dress

I love this dress on a cold and early morning.  It looks great and so cozy warm.  Having the placard down the front but operational buttons just at the top and bottom give it a great fit through the torso. It is a bit roomy across my lower back but I’m not upset at it.  I like the ease.

Easy choice

I don’t wear this piece often, but it is a fun addition to my closet!..
A couple of notes:
• I purchased the grey color - it is pretty, but I wish the brown was in stock at the time because that would be a better color for me!
• As others have pointed out, only a few buttons are functional.. I understand the benefits of this, but I think I’d prefer the flexibility of all the buttons being functional..
• The style is a bit loose/unfitted on me so I like to wear it belted..
• I really love the Yak material and will continue to purchase any piece Quince comes out with in this material

Fun addition to my closet 

This ran large in my opinion, so size down. I wish all buttons were functional since I’d also like to wear it as a longline cardigan. 

Please restock in more colors and/or bring back with all functional buttons! Such a good piece.

Overall I love the dress! So soft and warm! A little long for me at 5’3, but still wearable. It’s not quite as fitted as I thought, so if you’re between sized I would size down. My only issue- I assumed the dress button all the way, and had planned to also wear it as a duster sweater. However, the buttons in the middle of the dress are fixed and cannot be undone. So it can only be worn as a dress. But overall I still love it and will be keeping!

Great dress- not what I expected- but still love it!

I love this dress. I love the buttons down the front, like an ankle length cardigan made of luxurious, soft, heavy but not too heavy fabric. The only issue is that it is slightly large and loose especially around the midsection which makes me look heavier but I’m just going to pair the dress with a thin braided belt. 

I am 5’3” around 125 lb so I am petite but not wildly small and I often find that Quince’s XS is still too large. If you are any smaller than me, this dress will probably be too big for you :(

Beautiful but needs a belt

The heather brown color is gorgeous and exactly as pictured, and the material is soft and has a weight that drapes nicely. Only issue is that size small ran slightly large/loose for me (5’1, 115lb with larger bust) so doesn’t give much shape, and the dress reaches my ankles

It is very soft and warm, but the drab color combined with the loose and long fit made it a definite no.  I've been looking for a warm dress for church that is nursing friendly.  I was very hopeful with this one.  When I tried this in for my husband he said I looked ready for a convent!
