Comfortable

Looks great in my space. Glad I decided to purchase it sight unseen. Cushions are a bit on the firm side. 

Great style and quality

I purchased the Java (dark brown) sierra sectional and I love it! It took a little less than 7 weeks from the day I placed my order and the day it was delivered. The delivery process was great and I love my couch 2 months later. The material and the overall couch is good quality. This is not my primary living room, it is a secondary living room, so it does not get as much use. I would like to add that the color does make lint and other things more noticeable, but is easily cleaned from my experience with it. Also, the color is true to the pictures and is a deep color in person. I think once I add more lighting and color in the room, it will bring out the brown tones more. Overall, I love this purchase.

We're really happy with this couch. The color is gorg, the length and width is perfect for stretching out. My only qualm is that lint is very apparent, so we scrape it with a sweater lint remover here and there, and the cushioning is not as firm as I expected, though I still find the couch very comfortable. Delivery and setup was very fast!

Gorgeous couch

Love this couch - the color is exquisite, and the fabric seems really durable so far - we're able to wipe spills off easily.  When I had an issue, customer service resolved it very rapidly.

The other reviews were correct for sure get fabric swatches before you order cause it looks different than in the picture but that's what we did and we love the color! It is SO comfy it fits perfectly in the space and the customer service was top notch. The delivery guys were amazing and so polite and helpful. I'm not sure why you'd get a couch from anywhere else we spent months shopping around and I'm so glad we settled on Quince. Most places are more expensive for lesser quality AND they charge you an insane delivery fee. Literally recommending to everyone.

Fantastic couch, top price

I am an high end residential interior designer, I debated ordering this sectional for a long time before pulling the trigger. I know quality when it comes to furniture and this sectional is truly worth every penny. I ordered this sectional in the dark brown velvet and we love it! I do not have any pets and the fabric gets quite linty, we don't mind cleaning so removing the lint isn't a big deal for us. So if you do have animals I would steer away from the darker colors. My only complaint is that the seat cushions do not have the ability to be flipped for even wear and that the chaise portion of the seat cushion does not have enough support and it already caving in, you can see this in my photo. This is a common issue with sectionals but still a bummer. Overall I am soooo happy with my purchase, would recommend Quince over crate and barrel type stores any day. I will be back when I'm in the market for more furnishings! 

Yes, buy this sofa!

Love the modern, clean look, fabric is good quality. I was hoping the seating is less flat and more fluffy but overall very happy with the purchase.

I was sceptical about buying furniture from quince since there weren't many reviews and seems to be a newer thing with the company. But I am glad I took the chance. The couch is comfortable and sturdy with quality fabric. We will see how it holds up with time but so far so good.

Great couch!

I was hesitant to buy an expensive couch online, but this exceeded my expectations. Delivery was seamless and the couch looks stunning.

What really sets this company apart is their customer service. When a zipper broke on one of my cushion covers after washing, they resolved the issue in under 10 minutes and are sending a replacement. After struggling with other high-end brands' support in the past, this was such a breath of fresh air. Great price, great product, and even better service!

Good couch, amazing customer experience!

Wonderfully made couch, great size, and I love the bench cushions. It’s not super deep. The only thing I would change as if I could make it a couple inches bigger but I would buy the couch again.

Comfortable high end couch

Love it

My family loves the color (Pine) and it’s super cozy. The dogs (19-15 pounds) jumped up and all over it and the fabric held together without any scratches. Quite a nice couch and look forward to lounging on it daily. We surprisingly received the couch earlier than the quoted 6-10 weeks. So we appreciated the  quick turnaround! 2-3 weeks!

I was a bit nervous, ordering a sofa online, but based on the reviews, I decided to take a chance. So glad I did! The sofa is beautiful, well-made, and a fantastic price. I would not hesitate buying furniture from Quinn again. The delivery team was exceptional. Kept me informed and updated delivery times so there was no confusion and I didn’t have to wait for hours. They were professional and In-N-Out quickly.

Fabulous Sofa

Loving our new sectional! Absolutely luxurious aand gorgeous velvet. The couch is quite comfortable if a little on the firm side but we are very very happy with our purchase. It took less time to receive it than we were initially told but we still had to be patient and wait a bit. Totally worth it though. Delivery was flawless!

Navy blue velvet luxury

I love our couch! We’ve had it about 6 months now and I wanted to wait to make a review until we had owned it and tested it out for some time. Ours is the performance basket weave in the flax color and it’s perfect. It’s comfy, it cleans nicely (get a little green machine—it’ll be your best friend !) and it’s a great bang for your buck! The delivery was a bit of a hassle but quince worked with me to figure out a solution.

Fantastic couch!

Couch is absolutely gorgeous and high quality. The shipping time was horrible due to the fabric being hard to get. Ordered at the end of May and just received our couch last week, but it was SO worth the wait. Looks and feels like a $5,000+ couch.

Couldn’t recommend enough

I was looking for a comfy sectional that you can sink into for a good nap, but has enough structure that it doesn’t need to be fluffed up every day. I also wanted performance fabric because it holds up really well and is easy to clean. This sectional fits the bill! It was a splurge for me, but it is well worth the price. My only critique is that the color isn’t quite what I expected. I thought it was more of a deep emerald green, but I think it’s more like Pantone’s Bosphorus color. It’s not enough of a difference to make me love this sectional any less though! I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend this sectional to prospective buyers.

The perfect sectional!

I love my new couch! It is so beautiful in the java velvet! Looks extremely expensive, and feels lovely. The only thing is if you have a white animal that sheds it will get all over the couch, but thats a me problem :) The white glove delivery was also excellent, as well as the customer service when there was a minor hiccup. I would definitely recommend this couch for the price, definitely as nice or nicer than more expensive brands!! :)

Love the sofa unfortunately the size is too big for my space. So sending it back for return to repurchase a smaller size. The color is amazing.
