FIRED UP WITH EXCITEMENT!

Like many, I was so hesitant to buy a sectional without seeing it/sitting on it. I am here to tell you this sectional can not be beat for the price. While it might not be quite as cozy as some high end sectionals, it is still very comfortable and easy to clean. After several months of use it is holding up great. At less than half the price of other high end sectionals it is well worth it and I would buy it again in a heart beat.

I was on the fence purchasing furniture from Quince, only because I don’t know anyone who has. I’m so glad I took the chance. I absolutely love my sofa and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. I needed customer service to help because I messed up my address - they were so friendly and helpful. The couch came in about 3 weeks which was way faster than any other companies I was looking at. The delivery was seamless and easy. I had an issue afterwards and again, customer service was AMAZING. The couch itself is beautiful. It’s comfortable. It’s stylish. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The performance fabric is so easy to clean (I have 4 kids) — I’ve already had to wipe it clean a number of times. I’m so pleased with this couch and I would recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Great couch 

Super fast white glove delivery! The couch is stunning and functional. I was so nervous to order this without trying it first but I’m glad we did. High quality and looks great. We even have a 1 and 3 year old and so far everything has wiped clean no issues. 

Crate & Barrel Dupe!

I tried out so many couches it all different price points, but I couldn’t find anything that worked.  I was nervous about purchasing the couch without ever having tested it, but after a lot of research and reading all of the reviews and experience people have had with Quince furniture, I decided to take the leap. This couch is stunning! It is well made, structured, modern, luxurious, and soooooo comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the product. Quince’s customer service is outstanding.  I had an issue with the couch at delivery. Their response was immediate and fixed the problem quickly. I would buy this couch again and couldn’t recommend the entire experience and product enough. 

Amazing comfort & luxury

Gorgeous sectional and affordable price. We were looking for something like this but hesitant to spend $5k+ since we have a small dog and busy house - this was a great alternative that looks beautiful and is very comfortable. Had some issues with delivery, but quince service was great

Exactly as the picture but not as firm

First of all, let's talk about the delivery.   The sectional was delivered a week early, and the delivery crew from Metropolitan were superb.    The sectional itself was beautiful.  I ordered the rust velvet, and it actually looked better in person than on the website.  The color was more deep and less orange than depicted.   The couch sat a little lower than I anticipated.  I am only 5'2 and yet my feet were flat on the floor.  It also didn't feel as deep as described.  Ultimately, I initiated a return within just a couple days of it being delivered.   It just wasn't right for me or the space.  But, it was beautiful and felt solid.  The return process really helped reaffirm my confidence in Quince.  They were very easy to work with and made the process super easy.

The sectional looks beautiful and has the exact modern style I was hoping for. The color and overall design fit perfectly in my space, and it’s very comfortable. There were a few issues/damages upon delivery that should have been caught before shipping, especially considering the price point. However, customer service handled the situation quickly and was very responsive throughout the process. They immediately started working on getting the damaged pieces brought back/resolved, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the couch has great potential, and the positive customer service experience made a big difference.

Beautiful Design & Great Customer Service

I bought several items from Quince and was impressed with quality and price.  I went ahead and bought the Stillman sofa.  The sofa is beautiful and it will bring joy for many years to come!  In addition, I can't speak highly enough of the quality service from Quince - it's like traveling back in time - conversations and emails with real people - an impromptu chat responded to immediately.  I miss the days when service was common and delighted to find Quince where it still is!  Thank you!

We love this couch. It does not require fluffing, is structured but soft, it has a deep set cushion and is comfortable enough to nap on. It is almost the exact same couch as a crate and barrel one we were looking at in store and we can’t believe we found it!! We are so pleased!

Great Buy….Love the New sectional

I LOVE this couch. I had high hopes from other reviews but it exceeded my expectations on comfort level. Not too firm and not too soft. It’s truly perfect. The fabric could be slightly easier to spot treat. I’m glad I got the navy for that reason (I have three small kids). I fluff the cushions once a week. I noticed two snags in two cushions and customer service was great at getting my replacement covers. I’m truly so impressed. 

Comfiest couch I’ve ever owned

Construction and quality are excellent. Just opened it and it had 2 dark spots not sure if was packaging. Color was not what I was expecting 

I am so happy with our sofa. It is large enough for my family of 4 to sprawl on it, and is incredibly comfortable. The rust color is really pretty and reads relatively neutral despite being a very large sofa. Shipping was faster than expected (~4 weeks.) After a couple of months of use, it still looks like new and spills have cleaned up easily. I was limited to sofas that did not include down cushions due to an allergy in the family, and this was the best constructed sofa I could find that did not include down.

Just absolutely gorgeous!

I CANNOT stop looking at my couch! It is so beautiful, feels really luxurious and fits perfectly in our space. I ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the following Monday. Talk about fast service! The white glove delivery was amazing, I didn’t have to lift a finger and they were in and out within 15 minutes. I got the 116x116 and it couldn’t be more of a perfect fit in our small space. We have searched endlessly for a couch that we were going to keep for a while, since have golden retriever who sheds, naps and lounges on the couch and wanted something that was easy to clean. The velvet material feels so luxurious and with one vaccuum run, all of my dogs hair comes off seamlessly. It’s so cozy and comfortable and you can easily fit 3-4 people to lounge on this couch with the size we got. The Java color does look a little darker at night, but when the sun hits it.. OH MY LORD, it is THE PERFECT chocolate brown color that I was looking for. You will not regret buying this couch. I’m so impressed with Quince that I’m currently looking to purchase their bed sheets haha. I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you thank you thank you!
