This knife is terrific and is Avery useful size/blade length. It feels good in my hand and is just the right weight. This was my 4th Quince knife purchase (over the past 2years). All Quince knives are wonderful. I’ve also sharpened a couple of them and they stay sharp.

i love that this has most of the function of my big chef knife and is so much easier to use and clean. it's sharp and has a nice weight to it and i now use it multiple times a day for pretty much everything.

This is the second knife I’ve bought from Quince and once again it did not disappoint.  Sharp, sturdy and well balanced.  A great knife that’s larger and wider than a paring knife and not as bulky as a larger chef’s knife.  No regrets...

Nice weight and balance

Haha… this is very sharp.   I cut myself getting it out of the box.  It is a little heavier than the Japanese style that Quince sells, but I think I like it just as well (minus the blood part).

I was a little hesitant when ordering because I wasn’t sure the quality would match that of good knives sold at kitchen supply retailers, but this knife has all the qualities of a high end one. Happy I ordered it and would order it again if i had to!

Slicing and dicing is now fun and quick.  Weight and grip are fantastic

Game changer

The knife was extremely sharp and cut so well. Came with a few scratches on the outside part of the metal, but hoping it washes well and lasts.

Sharp

The knife is sharp but it does get dull quickly after a few usages. It's a dupe so it's not as good as the Henckels of course. But, for the price, it's a great daily versatile utility knife that's convenient to use and easy to clean.
