Price For Quality

I was obviously nervous about making such a big purchase without seeing or sitting on this couch but I loved how it looked and the price for the quality is unbeatable. Now that I’ve had the couch for a few months I love it so much and I have no regrets. It looks beautiful, feels high quality, and is comfortable. 

Beautiful and classic

It is so comfortable - I don’t think I’ve spent this much time on my couch ever. It’s perfect for a movie marathon or reading your favorite book. It sits a little high, but it makes it even more cozy 

The best couch 

We have only have it a few days but it is extremely pet friendly. It is on the taller side for those with smaller dogs. Cushions are comfortable and firm. 

Brennan L Couch - High Quality - Firm

I bought the ivory 127x127 sectional, and I am so glad I did not buy the snow colored one. The ivory color is very light, almost white.  The cushions are very full and a little on the firm side. The back is plenty high for comfort. I am very pleased with my purchased. The sofa is beautiful. Many movie nights will come on this sofa, just no snacks bc of the color! :) I will not know about durability for a year or two.

Best couch 

Ok so when the couch arrived I did not like it one bit. The fabric did not resemble a chenille linen blend, more like velvety. It also looked abnormally tall and big even though we measured it for our space. But once I styled the room and used it for a few days it looked much better. It’s very very comfortable.

Good!

This was our first Quince furniture purchase and I was hesitant to make the leap…very glad we did! This sectional hit all the boxes upon delivery and it hasn’t let up  ~ 1 month in. Highly recommend ordering fabric samples to ensure the right fit - very happy with the color/texture we landed on. True to sample. Looks great and is comfortable - even for a very picky husband. Kid approved. Look forward to many movie nights to come!

Lounge perfection

I was nervous about purchasing sight unseen, but our small living room can only accommodate specific dimensions, and this was the best option I found. It took almost exactly 6 weeks to arrive, and delivery was very smooth. We bought the pine, which is the perfect blue/gray/green color. The site's photos capture it well, but we also requested the swatches in advance. The material seems like it is holding up well to kids+dog. It's a little taller than what I'm used to (I have short legs) but it's definitely a comfy couch that you can curl up and settle in to. The cushions are a little crinkly and I've seen a couple of down feathers poke out now and then. Overall, though, I'm very pleased. 

Good buy

I was hesitant about buying a sofa online without being able to sit on it, but decided to take the risk and best decision ever! It’s a beautiful sofa beautifully crafted, great material, stunning color, and very comfortable. We’ve had it for about 4 months and no complaints. Take this as your sign :)

Better than imagined!

Absolutely love this couch! It is incredibly beautiful and firm, but soft. Unfortunately, my dog already got his muddy paws on it, but it wiped clean so easily. 

Brennan couch in flax

I went to 7th Ave and Joybird in NYC to test out their couches. I ended up buying the 7th Ave because I thought I needed a washable couch. But after I ordered it, I had buyers remorse because it was sooo much more expensive. I ended up canceling the order and instead buying the Quince (I didn’t know about Quince at the time I ordered the 7th Ave). 

The 7th Ave is much more of a sink-in couch but consequently its look is a little too loose and sloppy. I love that the Quince’s couch is a little more firm/supportive so you don’t sink in and then have trouble getting up. I also love that the cushion covers are tight so the couch looks sleeker and neat. 

My children have already taken a marker to my new couch and I was able to effectively spot clean it easily. I’m also happy that I can take the cover off for a deeper clean when the time comes. 

It’s a high-quality velvet and the color is consistent with the picture. For reference, I bought a velvet bed from Wayfair and it was a horrible quality that I had to return…so not all velvets are created equal. This one is good!

Also, assembly was super easy… took 5 minutes to unbox everything and assemble it. 

Love it! I want to buy the Quince bedframe but next!

Color, material, comfort all accurate

Despite a slight delay in delivery, the sectional and ottoman were delivered with perfect white glove service.  Ordered basketweave in Flax  and it is stunning and well-made.  Super comfortable.  Very difficult to find a quality sofa in this size.  We did not want a sofa that was low to the ground, where your knees are elevated when you’re in a sitting position like they’re showing in so many stores right now. This is the perfect height, supports your head and neck. The only problem is it’s very easy to fall asleep while watching television.   

Stunning

I was hesitant to purchase a couch without sitting on it but I am glad I did!  The couch is a great balance between fluffy and firm - fantastic for our TV loft space!  I also LOVE the color!

Love the Couch!

We are loving the new couch! It is beyond comfy and has room for our whole family to lounge on. It is sturdy and I can tell it is going to last a long time. I took a chance ordering without fabric samples, but I love the color. It’s much less yellow than on the website and more of a deep beige, but it’s perfect.  I am a bit worried about the fabric being truly stain resistant- there are already a few spots (a bit of dirt tracked in on our dog’s paws, etc.) that aren’t coming up but I’m going to keep researching the best cleaning methods and will hopefully figure it out. 

Not that I see myself needing this option anytime soon, but I hope in the future Quince will sell separate pieces (cushion covers and whatnot) for sustainability and longevity. Otherwise no regrets at all! 

Brennen L Sectional in Performance Velvet Caramel

What a fantastic section.  Super comfortable and great quality.  You won’t be disappointed.  

Fabulous sectional! 

We took a gamble ordering this, but no regrets! Sable color is a really nice light brown but also gray depending on the lighting. Cushions have good squish but good form and support too! Feels really luxurious at such a good price point compared to so many other retailers. 

Order it

This couch is awesome! So comfortable and well made. It is decently firm, so you don't sink down in it. Fabric is soft and seems durable. Love the flax color. We bought this couch because the dimensions were perfect for our space and that's hard to find. So glad we went with it! Our only issue is we can't get the two pieces to stay together, so the attached piece moves around. My husband is going to try to add something to it to make it work. 

Such a great couch!

We love our new sectional! It is beautiful, comfortable, appears to be quality craftsmanship, and it arrived on time. The Metropolitan delivery experience could not have been any better as well. A bonus is that it looks much pricier than it actually is!

Don’t think twice!

So I was happy to find out that the couch was set to arrive before the estimated delivery 6 weeks.  Unfortunately when it was delivered I discovered that it was missing the connector piece that secures the two sectional pieces together.  I had to reach out a few times but customer service finally got it right and sent a team out to attach the connector.  We are now enjoying our sectional.

Great Couch

Was a little nervous due to the limited reviews, but so happy! Went with performance basketweave in color FLAX. It ended up being ready a few days before the estimated period. Super comfy and works perfect in our space.

Just wow! I didn’t know what to expect as originally I didn’t know Quince made furniture, but I love all their clothes, and this specific couch didn’t have reviews. The quality of the couch is amazing and it’s extremely comfortable while still being supportive. The seats are also high and wide enough. Make sure you measure, as it was bigger than I pictured in my mind even after measuring, but it fits in my apartment perfectly. 

Best Couch!

I really hope this review helps others who looked endlessly for a sectional couch as we did. We looked for months for the perfect couch. Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Ashley, Rooms to Go, and many more. Our living room is smaller so we needed a sectional that would fit properly like the 99x99 size. We ended up getting the 99x99 Brennan Sectional L in snow chenille. For the price, quality and look we took a risk and ordered it. I was hesitant to spend this much on a couch without sitting on it and wish I had. Cons: The couch is very stiff. If you prioritize comfort and lounging this is not the couch for you. It is upright and hard to lean back on. It is on the narrow side as well. The short arm rests on the couch make it difficult to rest against.
Pros: The couch does look good and seems to be of good quality.
Overall, if I could do it again I would buy a couch that I could sit on and test beforehand. I would go for a more comfortable couch that also looks stylish. I typically do not write reviews but I hope this helps others who are in a similar situation looking for sectionals.

Really like the couch, comfortable. Seems well made. Love the size for family of 4. Strong odor from couch (not cushions), slowly dissipating over time. 

Great Couch, Some Off Gassing 

I love the sofa but I’m taking off one star. There was a sharp object, maybe a nail, sticking out near the left armrest. It was just the tip of it but if you ran your hand over it you would most certainly get hurt. I was able to hammer it down and now it’s barely noticeable. There was a faint mark left after the hammering. I know this is a quality control issue on the part of the furniture manufacturer and it’s not the fault of quince. I really didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the sofa. 

Almost perfect

This is my first time buying a couch online and this is the most I have ever spent on a piece of furniture. I'm so, so mad at myself for ordering this! It's good quality but it's just SO big and puffy and I would never have bought it if I had seen it in person first. I don't know why I couldn't tell online how huge & poofy it was. I would return if they didn't charge a 15% restock fee. I won't order online again.

So disappointed in this 😭

Delivery was great but the couch quality is overstated. I chose the velvet. While quality fabric it does not stand up to kids or pets but the worst part are the cushions. At first the couch feels soft yet supportive but after an hour the feathers and foam have flattened out reducing the height by over 2 inches. There is no world in which this couch lasts over a year. I’m going to have to pay for new seat cushion inserts as their return policy was 7 days and I went on vacation immediately following the only delivery window I was given. 

Do not buy

Way too high and velvet fabric looks very cheap. Also not very comfortable. Very disappointed.

Our Crypton® performance chenille linen blend is soft and luxurious, but still suited for everyday life. It has a subtle chenille texture. It contains a proprietary blend of polyester and linen that is specifically engineered to repel and release water, resist stains and odors, and withstand the test of time.
