Price For Quality

I pre-ordered the fabric swatches to feel it and the velvet was great. 
The sofa is very comfortable. It’s super deep and the back rest can be elevated by turning a pillow on its head/side. 
We were in between a sleeper sofa and a regular and this one is perfect for 2 guests to sleep on even. 


Great TV room sofa- big, comfy, versatile 

It’s hard to find any sofa with this kind of material and price. The color is also very pretty and elegant. 

High quality sofa

We couldn't be happier with this purchase. We bought this sight-unseen, but then saw it at the Quince pop-up in Los Angeles. Now it's arrived, and we're so happy. The deep seat is comfortable and we really like the lumbar pillows. Definitely order swatches in advance, but the final fabric matched the swatch perfectly. We love that this is made in the US, too! Delivery was a breeze, the white glove service is a nice touch. 

Excellent Sofa!

I'm so happy with this couch, like many I was hesitant to purchase a couch site unseen online. While this couch is more affordable than brands like pottery barn, it was still the most expensive item I've purchased besides a car, but it was time I stopped buying cheap, uncomfortable couches and invested in something high quality and super comfy! It was absolutely worth it. 

Highly recommend getting the fabric swatches before buying. I wanted the color "pine" based off the online photo but when the swatches arrived pine was much darker than it looked online + the swatch colors varied dramatically depending what light and where they were placed. In the attached photos gunmetal is on the left in all of them and pine is on the right, they don't even look like the same swatches across photos. I ended up going with Gunmetal.

Super comfy! Couch is huge and perfect for large groups/families! We can't wait to really break this in! 

Might never get up 

I am blown away by the quality of this sofa. The fabric is incredibly soft, and the frame and construction are as good or better than my Crate & Barrel or Interior Define couches for a fraction of the price. Free white glove delivery was incredible! This is a sofa you sink into, snuggle on, nap on. It’s inviting and everything I was looking for!

Plush Luxury Comfort

Love this couch and so glad I found this from Quince. Especially with the free white glove delivery which cost upwards of $400 with other companies.

Great playroom/  teen hangout sofa for our family! Comfortable,  deep and neutral. Kids love it for watching movies. 

Great for movies and lounging

It took me a really long time (like 6 months) to finally order this couch.  I was so nervous about ordering a significant piece of furniture sight unseen.  I’m so glad I took the leap of faith.  I highly recommend order the fabric swatches ahead of time.  That really helped me make a decision about which fabric to choose.  The couch was delivered 5 weeks from the order date, quicker than I anticipated.  The delivery process was easy and went smoothly.  The couch is really well made and very comfortable.  I ordered the larger size with a matching ottoman.  The quality for price is what I’m so impressed with.  The only thing I have reservations about is our dog and the velvet.  She doesn’t shed so that not the issue but sometimes she likes to “dig” when she gets excited and I’m nervous about her leaving marks- but that’s on me for choosing the velvet I guess.  Otherwise I have no regrets with this couch and would absolutely order furniture from Quince again.

Really Good Couch

I absolutely LOVE this sofa ! The color is stunning , it’s so comfortable & comfortably can seat 3-4 people . Well worth every penny .

Comfort & Quality 

I was super nervous purchasing a couch  online as I am super picky about comfort and quality- so I was nervous when this arrived today. I am so happy with this couch and the quality. I absolutely love the sable  color. It looks more olive  green in my living room, but it definitely has a beautiful brown hue to it in certain lights and it’s deep and comfortable. I’m very impressed and I couldn’t be happier. I almost purchased a 6k couch elsewhere and this is superior!

Better than I thought 

Love the Ashford chaise sofa. She's big but love that we can curl up and relax. The fabric seems very durable and the gray is the perfect color. I can't say enough good things about delivery, this was our second Quince furniture delivery and the team was amazing!

Deep and Comfortable

The couch is excellent. It’s even a bit deeper than we expected but super comfortable.

We were looking for a big sectional to fill our living room and we happened to found this couch on Quince. It felt like a risk but Quince is is a trusted Brand for me and I decided to go for it - and I am happy I did. 

The build quality of the couch is excellent. Cushions are firm and seem like they will hold up overtime. All of the cushion and pillow covers are removable, and it seems to be a stain resistant material. We already had one little accident, but was able to clean it up with ease. 

The free delivery was awesome as well. The two gentlemen that delivered the couch were very helpful and careful not to get our new couch dirty. 

Highly recommend this couch. We were very close to purchasing something very similar from Room &  Board, and we big fans of the RH cloud sofas (but couldn’t stomach the extra cost for either). Really happy we went with this option.

We love it. We can finally fit our family! If only we could keep the dogs off….

This is a really nice couch

We absolutely love this couch. It looks exactly like the photos and fits our space perfectly. The color and clean lines are beautiful and it truly elevates the room while still feeling cozy and inviting. It is incredibly comfortable and plush. It does feel a little firm right now, but in a good way. You can tell the cushions are high quality and will break in nicely over time. Quince’s customer service was great whenever I had questions, and the delivery timeline was exactly as communicated. The delivery team also kept us informed and showed up right when they said they would. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend.

Love this couch! 

Looks well made.  The performance fabric is soft and it looks expensive.  The cushions are nicely stuffed.  It arrived in 4 weeks!

Great Sofa!

This was delivered last week and so far everyone loves it. We looked at several other more expensive (but similar) sectionals before settling on this. So far, we’re very happy. 

So far, so good 

I love this couch! It's firm, but comfortable, and it's very large (I got the smaller size, 119"). The seats are very deep. I ordered one of the performance velvet fabrics and it's beautiful. My cat's hair does stick to it quite a bit, but if you have some type of cat hair remover it's easy to clean. My cat also tries to scratch the couch but the fabric hols up well against that (we do trim his nails regularly). It leaves marks that you can just buff out. An animal with sharper nails or who is more instant on scratching might do more damage, I'm not sure, but I'm very happy with how it's holding up against my cat. 
I recommend ordering the fabric swatches to see the colors ahead of ordering, but the rust color is a beautiful orange! 

LOVE this couch

We ordered this after digging online for months. Definitely order the swatches to see colors in person! The couch arrived around 6 weeks after our order, and delivery was very seamless. The couch is exceptionally comfortable and deep, but the main caveats are: The feathers keep coming out and poking out which is uncomfortable, and if you have pets who claw furniture, it doesn't seem to be super durable. That said, the fabric looks really nice and it's definitely a good "3 to 5 year" couch (at least, so far, since we've had it for 6 weeks), especially given the price.

Comfortable & deep, but feathers poke out

I posted two reviews, but my final verdict. I like the couch, the cushions are very deep. I will say, it’s definitely on the firmer side, not cloud like. Also, not sure if it needs more down filling. The color is awesome, we got sable. It’s like mostly grey, some brown and green. 

My complaint: the fabric, we have two dogs and there’s already scratch marks I can’t get out with ice or a brush. So I’m not sure how good of a performance fabric it is. If you don’t have pets, it is 10/10. Quince also has, hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just wish the fabric seemed more durable.
