I bought these pots and pans after agonizing over spending the money on all clad and deciding to take another leap into Quince. I did a little research and came across the serious eats review and decided to give them a go. So far, this pan heats and cooks evenly and is a dream to clean. I’ve already recommended them to several friends already and look forward to continuing to be thrilled by quince’s quality!

Very well made, creates a beautiful sear, and easy to clean (if you treat it right). On a more personal note of success, before this pan I was trying to maneuver every night with a 14" Fissler Pro pan, but developed a pain in my thumb joint, and suspected it was contributing. The 12" Quince version is the perfect size for most components of a dinner for two, and go figure, no more pain!

Love my new pan! It's comforting to know that this pan is non-toxic, I cook with much less stress now than when I used a non stick pan! Heavy duty and great size!

Non-toxic Stainless Steel Pan

Overall, a solid pan that is very well made and seems to be cleaning up well.  Bought some barkeeper's friend to use for tough stains to keep it shiny looking.  Just the right size for making eggs.

Excellent quality. Conducts heat well and is easy to clean. Non-stick pans are not safe nor do they last. This stainless steel skillet is the perfect size for small items and will last through the years.

Great Stainless Steel Frying Pan

This is a great stainless steel pan for our new induction cooktop.  My son is a chef and he was so excited when it arrived. He immediately used it and his comment was, “This is an awesome pan!  We should get more just like it!”  As the one paying, you cannot beat the quality for the price. I highly recommend this.

Quince Stainless Steel Pan

I really want to express my happiness with this cookware. After years of getting either cheap stufff or overpriced bs (like our pl.ce) which only looks good but getting unusable in 6 months, i found this stuff and decided to give it a shot. So last year i purchased 5 ply set from Quince and i was cooking every day. And every day i’m using it - i’m truly enjoying the process. And every time i wash my dishes after, i’m saying to myself - “thank God i got this”.
