I’ve taken a few different melatonin brands before, and these work just as well if not better than the drugstore brands. I also appreciate that they are lower dose, since some of those drugstore brands have a concerningly high dosage imo. Plus I appreciate the more minimal packaging and how many are in each package. If you’re like me and need melatonin every night, these are an effective and efficient option.

I ran out and for a couple of weeks tried to sleep without them.  Tossing and turning and getting up in the middle of the night.  These gummies put me in a very happy sleep and I wake up rested with no sluggishness or tiredness.  I really think this is a great product!

Natural Way to Sleep!

These are great! I have such a difficult time sleeping and these were magic.

Very effective but it has a powder on it and the gummies still stick together. Taste is off but worth a good night sleep.
