So far I like it,  same as the other guys plus 3rd party tested.

I’ve only taken it twice so far so I cannot speak of the benefits yet. But I can make a recommendation. The first day I added a scoop to a cup of cottage cheese. No taste, but it was like eating beach sand and very unappetizing. Today I put it in my protein drink and frothed it well. Hardly knew it was there, so this will remain my preferred method of consumption!

This micronized creatine monohydrate does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s unflavored, mixes easily into water, tea, or shakes, and doesn’t leave much grit behind. I also appreciate that it contains only creatine monohydrate without extra ingredients.
After using it consistently, I noticed some improvement in workout performance and recovery. It’s easy to take daily and fits well into a regular supplement routine.

Quality product for a good price

It is easy to take, it helps with cognitive alertness.  There is no taste.  Easy to take. 1 scoop a day in 8oz glass in the morning for cognitive purposes, then eat.  

I’m really happy to know that I can trust this Quinn’s website to only provide quality products. I’ve heard a lot of great research findings recently creatine for the brain and as a new mom, my brain fog has hit new heights so this alongside with a few other health focus changes. I’m hoping to have a lot more clarity here in the near future and hopefully for a lifetime of strong brain health.

I love this Creatine powder.  I used another one prior to this and it never full dissolved in my coffee.  It left a gritty mess at the bottom of the cup.  The Quince creatine dissolved completely, and did not change the flavor of my coffee.

My research suggested several weeks before noticeable effects.  That might be true for muscle mass and recovery, though the cognitive and energy improvements started immediately.  To be fair, this is going in my electrolyte water, so it might be the combination that’s helping as well.  My research on micronized creatine put this at a really fair price.

I find that this really helps with focus and recovery. I have with collagens first thing in morning, it also forces me to start my day with a big cup of water…followed by mandatory coffee.

After taking doe about 6 weeks I can honestly say this has given me so much energy. I even think it’s helped my dopamine levels and as a 50 year old with adhd it is definitely something I need.
