I’ve been using Calm but discovered this and considering it also contains L-Theanine I decided to try it. Tasted great and has helped with sleep and headaches. Took a couple weeks before I found myself sleeping better but so glad I found it. I enjoy it cold about 30-45 minutes before I start getting ready for bed.

Clean and tastes great

For some reason I didn’t realize this is a powder probably because I also bought and like the Quince sleep gummies. I put it in water. It has a pleasant yuzu (lemon without the tartness) flavor. It works to help me to feel sleepy at bedtime (something I often have trouble with). 

Helps with sleep especially if sore from exercising 

I’ve been drinking this daily and loving it so far! There is something about the pretty blue color that gets me excited to drink this. Haha

I used to have the most awful period cramps. I would throw up and get a fever from the pain for a couple of days every month. I discovered that taking a high dose magnesium glycinate completely gets rid of it for me. I was taking 4 tablets of the highest dose supplement I could find but they were giant and so annoying. I replaced them with this a few months back and the effect has been the exact same but it’s so much easier to take. Most women who have a menstrual cycle or have had one in the past are deficient in magnesium and it can be so beneficial to supplement with. My mom used to suffer from heat stroke playing tennis outside in the summer and magnesium glycinate + electrolytes cured that for her. There’s so many things that it can help with so I highly recommend trying it. 
I’ve heard it’s ideal to take magnesium at night to help with sleep but I always forget so I just started taking it every morning with zero sugar raspberry electrolytes from quince and this watermelon amino acid energy drink. It’s delicious, I look forward to it every morning and it has kept me from getting any cramps. I went from worst cramps ever to ZERO. I seriously can’t believe the fix was as easy as magnesium glycinate because I suffered for over 15 years and tried so many products.

I talked to my doctors about it and their solution was always birth control. It’s so frustrating how little research has been done for women but alas it’s where we’re it. This was such a long rant but I will be so happy if the right person sees this review and is able to get some relief! Definitely try it out.

Love this stuff! And this company. It’s not sweet. But tastes really good. Mixes very well. No weird after taste or textures. I’ve wasted so much money on supplements that are just disgusting or don’t mix well or whatever. This is a good one.

My mom's current magnesium glycinate was not flavored. I chose this one to help her drink it at bedtime and she says it's 100% better than her other powder. She uses it every single night to help her relax and sleep and she is 80 years old. We'll definitely keep buying this one.

Yummy! I haven't used it consistently enough yet to feel the full effects, however it taste's great and is easy to mix into water!

Great taste and effective product

I’m a huge fan of this supplement and have repurchased several times, got my friends and family hooked, highly recommend the Berry and Unflavored. Don’t recommend the Yuzu - not fond of the after taste but that’s personal preference. Sticking point for me is the change in serving size, need like 1.5 scoops for the Yuzu instead of the single raised scoop for the Berry.
