Yes, it's expensive. But there's a reason I've been shelling out for it for years: it really works. I was a frizzy girl for a long time. Once a week is plenty, sometimes twice if you're dealing with damage. Either way, it's always led me to a good hair day.

Believe the hype

I have been looking for a good product to tame my frizzy ends. This product worked in conjunction with its partner Olaplex shampoo and conditioner.  I will order it again, for sure.

For the past week I have been testing the Oleplex #3 plus complete repair treatment and let me tell you my hair has been behaving so well. I will add that I have been using the bond repair shampoo and conditioner with it as well. The #3 plus is a three minute pre-wash treatment that is free of protein and sulfates made for all hair types. Gives you softer and stronger hair after just one use. Great for breakage also which is amazing because I am trying to grow my hair out. My only dislike is the scent is a bit odd but not bad necessarily. Made my hair fell so soft and smooth. I’m in love. Regularly used 3 along with Salon system for years This did yield great results and time saver! My hair was a bit extra frizzy and dry at the ends and first application did yield better results than i expected.

Amazing Product!

Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector is one of those products that actually changes how your hair feels not just how it looks.For me it&#x27;s like a spa treatment at home. Cause I noticed how my lengths becoming softer and smoother. I like that silky just-done-at-the-salon feeling. And also it doesn&#x27;t make my roots greasy received as a part of an educational promotion.

For reference I have long thick hair and it tends to tangle quite easily. I use the OLAPLEX repair treatment on its own and noticed that on the days I use it my hair looks shiny. It feels hydrated without being heavier or greasy. i’m sure that when used together with shampoo and conditioner it works even better on my hair. I’d like to keep trying it for a while longer to achieve optimal results.Per riferimento ho i capelli lunghi e spessi e di solito si annodano abbastanza facilmente ho usato il trattamento riparatore OLAPLEX da solo e ho notato che nei giorni in cui lo uso i miei capelli sono lucidi li sento idratati senza risultare pesanti o grassi sono sicuro che usandolo insieme allo Shampoo e al balsamo funzionerebbe ancora meglio sui capelli. Vorrei continuare a provarlo ancora per un po’ per ottenere risultati ottimali.

Second time using this treatment

Received as a part of an educational promotion. Heard about Oplax brand but never got to try the product. This product is known to provide nutrients and help restore the hair. I like how easy it is to use the product and the effectiveness of this product will be determined upon further use.

Effectiveness

Especially if you don’t wash to often to give it the needed moisture ( especially if you often use heat). My hair is very long in length  up to my lower back and is prone to breakage. I feel this immediately remedied frizz and instantly saw less breakage.

Split end savior

I’ve been using Olaplex No. 3 for years so I was really curious about the new formula and honestly… I like this one better. My hair feels softer smoother and just healthier overall after each use. The biggest win for me is the timing. Only needing three minutes makes it so much easier to stay consistent especially on busy days. It still gives that repaired silky feel without the long wait which I love. My ends look less dry and my hair has more shine lately too. This was an incentivized review but I genuinely didn’t expect to prefer it over the original. Definitely a new staple for me.

Better Than the Original &amp; So Much Easier

After using the OLAPLEX No.3 Plus Complete Repair Treatment for a full week I can confidently say this product lives up to its reputation. From the very first applications I noticed my hair felt stronger smoother and much more uniform in texture.

Glorious! This is so thick and lush it makes my hair feel great! I used it twice before reviewing and was afraid it would leave my hair feel greasy and gross but it did the exact opposite. I feel like it made my hair last longer after washing.

I’ve tried a lot of repair products but OLAPLEX No.3 Plus is one I keep reaching for. I love that it only takes a few minutes before shampooing so it doesn’t feel like extra work. After the first use my hair felt softer especially my dry ends. After a few uses I noticed less breakage and my hair just felt stronger overall without feeling stiff or weighed down. Only downside is I go through it pretty fast but it actually works so I keep coming back to it. Its worth the try if you use there whole system

Smoothing

Awesome product! Much better formula hair feels softer and stronger. I believe they also changed the scent so it has a different profile. It feels more creamy and thick. I have very bleached hair and it actually helped detangle pretty well in the shower. It also doesn’t make my hair crunchy like the original did which I noticed right away. So after I shampooed once( used different brand) then I used purple olaplex conditioner.  Sure I still had to use leave-in conditioner after the shower. Honestly I could tell hair felt stronger annd less shedding in the shower anfter olaplex #3. Overall I’m reconsidering coming back to Olaplex in general.

Hair felt stronger

I have color-treated hair that’s naturally wavy and leans dry so I’m at a point where I’m really trying to protect what I have left on my head while still coloring it a couple times a year.I’ve used this treatment three times so far before washing and I already feel like it’s making a difference. It has that typical Olaplex scent which I actually like. It is clean and not overpowering at all.What I love most is how easy it is to use. Three minutes in the shower is way easier than a traditional hair mask because you’re not standing around forever waiting for it to work. Doing the treatment before shampooing is much easier.After using it my hair feels more manageable without feeling weighed down or coated which is huge for my hair type (thinner). The volume I typically get stayed and everything just feels a little healthier.If your hair is dry wavy and color-treated like mine this feels like a really easy way to take better care of it without adding a whole complicated routine and a bunch of products.

Well I absolutely fell inlove with this hair treatment My hair is some what damaged from dying it blonde a few months back. Now my hair is back to black and I want to take care of it so the damage can go away and let me tell you this treatment has helped my hair ALOT!

Must have

I have long dark dyed hair and my ends get really dry. I used Olaplex No.3 Plus a few times this week and I can already see a difference. My hair feels softersmoother and easier to brush. The frizz is less noticeable and my hair looks more healthy overall. I like that it doesn’t make my hair greasy or heavy. I usually leave it on for about 15–20 minutes before washing. It’s a nice treatment if your hair is damaged from coloring.
